A review count below your category norm is a conversion problem, not a vanity metric.

No paid reviews, no incentives, no reviewer sourcing — and no promised numbers.
Wording written before the current rules is the most common quiet risk in an account.
A repeated complaint is product information. We find what it points at instead of arguing with the reviewer.
What is going wrong with your reviews
What we do differently
Four things we will not do, and one reason the reviews are worth reading.
-
Point 1. Inside the rules
No paid reviewsVine and Request a Review only. No reviewer sourcing, no incentive schemes, and nothing conditional on the review being a good one.
-
Point 2. No promised numbers
No numbersA guaranteed number of reviews is not something compliant work can offer, so it is not something we quote.
-
Point 3. Removal is Amazon’s call
Amazon decidesWe do not promise honest negative reviews will come down. Amazon decides that, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something else.
-
Point 4. Feedback as product insight
Not just a scoreA complaint that repeats is a product or listing problem. We read reviews for what they say, not only for what they average to.
Compliance review — Checked against Amazon’s Community Guidelines
Your current inserts, follow-up emails and review processes checked against Amazon’s Community Guidelines. Anything that breaches policy gets flagged and rewritten.
You end up with: Anything breaching policy, flagged
Vine enrolment — Amazon’s own early-review programme
Eligible ASINs enrolled in Amazon’s own early-review programme, prioritised by where review count is holding conversion back.
You end up with: Eligible ASINs enrolled in Vine
Request a Review automation — Every eligible order, every time, inside the window
Set up so it fires for every eligible order, every time, inside the permitted window.
You end up with: Requests firing without anyone remembering
Insert rewrite — Support-first, no conditions, no gating
A compliant insert that still earns attention — support-first, no conditions, no gating.
You end up with: An insert that is compliant and still works
Monitor and analyse — Every new review read and checked for a real cause
New reviews watched and read, negatives checked for a real cause, genuine product problems escalated to you rather than argued with.
You end up with: Causes found, not just counted
Report monthly — What the reviews are telling you about the product
Review volume, rating trend and what the reviews are actually telling you about the product.
You end up with: A monthly read on what reviews say
What compliant review generation actually is
There is a legitimate version of this work and an illegitimate one, and the difference is not subtle. The legitimate version uses mechanisms Amazon itself provides, asks every customer the same way, and never trades anything for a review. The illegitimate version buys reviews, incentivises them, or filters who gets asked — and it is the reason accounts get suspended.
Everything on this page is the first kind. There is no second list.
Amazon Vine management
Vine is Amazon's own early-review programme, open to brand-registered sellers. You enrol eligible units; Amazon distributes them to reviewers it selects; those reviewers post honest reviews marked as Vine Voice. You cannot choose the reviewers, influence the rating or remove a bad one — which is precisely why it is compliant and why it carries weight with buyers.
Vine is most valuable at launch, when a product has no review history at all. We enrol at launch rather than waiting, so early reviews arrive while advertising is running.
Request a Review automation
Amazon's Request a Review button sends a standardised, Amazon-written request to a buyer within the eligible window. It cannot be customised, which is the point — every customer gets the same neutral ask. Automating it so it fires reliably for every eligible order is usually the single biggest uplift available to an established seller, and it is entirely within policy.
Packaging inserts — and what makes one non-compliant
An insert can point customers at support, explain the product, or register a warranty. Where sellers get into trouble is the ask.
| Compliant | Breaches policy |
|---|---|
| “If anything is wrong, contact us through Amazon and we will put it right.” | “Email us before leaving a negative review.” |
| A neutral request to leave an honest review, with no condition attached. | “Leave a 5-star review and we will send you a free gift.” |
| Warranty registration that works whatever the review says. | Extended warranty offered only in exchange for a review. |
| Support contact details alongside the Amazon route. | Directing customers off Amazon to resolve issues. |
We rewrite inserts so they stay on the left-hand side of that table while still being worth printing.
Amazon review monitoring and analysis
Reviews are watched as they arrive. Reviews are read as they arrive. Negative reviews get checked against the listing and the product for a real underlying cause. Where a review genuinely breaches Amazon's guidelines — profanity, a review of the seller rather than the product, obvious competitor sabotage — we report it to Amazon, and Amazon decides whether it comes down. Where it does not breach them, we do not waste your time pretending otherwise.

Compliant review management on its own: a one-time setup, then a monthly fee for running the workflows and reading what the reviews say. You pay for the work, never per review.

- Keyword research, SEO or review setup already bundled into your plan is never charged again as standalone work.
- Not included
- Ad spend, Amazon fees, taxes, photography, video, translation and specialist third-party costs.
- Agreed workload
- Work follows an onboarding schedule agreed with you. Covering an ASIN means we look after it, not that every listing is rebuilt every month.

Amazon review management services
What is included
- Compliance review of inserts and emails
- Vine enrolment for eligible ASINs
- Request a Review automation
- Insert rewrite
- Negative review monitoring and analysis
- Monthly read on what the reviews say
On its own, review management is from $399 a month plus a one-time setup, and it is part of the Growth and Scale retainers. Vine enrolment fees are paid to Amazon directly. There is no per-review price here, because per-review pricing only makes sense when reviews are being bought. The plans are published in full below.
What you get
How a review programme starts
The six stages above are the work. This is how you get to them.
-
Step 1. Free review audit
You send the ASINs. We read the feedback and your current inserts, and tell you what is breaching policy before anything else.
-
Step 2. Strategy call
Thirty minutes on what the reviews are actually saying, and what can be fixed inside the rules.
-
Step 3. Scope and proposal
Which ASINs, which programmes and which tier, priced from the published rates.
-
Step 4. Compliance first
Anything breaching policy comes down before a single new request goes out.
Review management questions
Do you sell Amazon reviews?
No. Buying reviews, paying reviewers, and exchanging discounts or free products for reviews all breach Amazon's Community Guidelines and can suspend your account. We work only inside Amazon's own programmes: Vine enrolment, Request a Review automation, compliant packaging inserts, and monitoring and analysing reviews.
What is Amazon Vine and is it compliant?
Vine is Amazon's own early-review programme. You enrol eligible units, Amazon distributes them to its own reviewers, and those reviewers write honest reviews marked as Vine Voice. It is run by Amazon, so it is fully compliant — and it is the only route to early reviews that is.
Can I put a review request card in the box?
You can include an insert, but it must not ask for a positive review, offer anything in exchange, discourage negative reviews, or route unhappy customers away from Amazon. Inserts that do any of those things breach policy. We rewrite inserts so they stay compliant while still being read.
What happens if we get a bad review?
You read it for what it says, and you check whether it points at a real product or listing problem. Amazon no longer lets sellers reply to reviews publicly, so the fix happens in the product, the listing or the insert. You can report a review that breaches Amazon's guidelines, but only where it genuinely does, and Amazon decides. Most negative reviews are feedback, and treating them as such is what actually moves the rating.
Do you promise a number of reviews per month?
No, and any agency that does is describing something non-compliant. Review volume depends on your order volume, your category and how well the compliant mechanisms are set up. We commit to running those mechanisms properly and reporting what they produce.
Work with us
Want more reviews without stepping outside the rules?
We will look at how many of your orders currently become reviews, which compliant routes you are not using, and what is realistic in your category. Two ways to start, and both are free: get a written audit back within 48 hours, or book a 30-minute call with the person who would run the work.
