Why we built these

Every one of these tools is a calculation we were already doing by hand on client accounts. The profit calculator is the first thing we run before agreeing an ACoS target. The search term auditor is the first pass on any inherited advertising account. The compliance checker exists because most packaging inserts we are shown breach Amazon's policies, and the seller usually has no idea.

Publishing them costs us nothing and occasionally costs us a client — someone runs the numbers, sees the problem is their price rather than their marketing, and fixes it themselves. That is a good outcome.

What they will not do

  • They do not connect to Amazon. No API, no account access, no live data. You supply the numbers; they do the arithmetic.
  • They do not replace judgement. A tool can tell you a search term has spent £80 and sold nothing. Whether to negate it depends on click volume, seasonality and whether the product was in stock.
  • They are not a substitute for Amazon's own policies. Particularly the compliance checker, which catches common patterns and cannot catch everything.

FAQ

Questions about the tools

Are these tools really free?

Yes. No account, no email, no trial. They run entirely in your browser, which is also why they are free — there is no server cost behind them. We built them because they are the calculations we run for clients anyway.

Do you store what I paste in?

No. Every tool runs in JavaScript on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded, logged or sent anywhere — you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and they will still work.

How accurate are they?

The calculators are exact, because they are arithmetic on numbers you supply. The sales estimator is a model and says so plainly, showing a range rather than pretending to a single figure. The checkers are pattern rules, which catch the common problems but are not a substitute for reading Amazon's own policies.

Do I need to be a client?

No, and most people who use them never become one. If a tool tells you something you would rather have explained, the free audit is where a person reads your account properly.
