Who this is for

Built for supplement brands ready to scale

$10K–$100K+Monthly Amazon revenue

Enough trading history that the data means something, and enough headroom that the work pays for itself.

EstablishedASINs with a track record

Live listings with reviews and rank behind them. This is a scaling engagement, not a first launch.

HealthyMargins that survive advertising

Room to advertise profitably once TACoS is under control. We check this before we take the account.

ReadyTo invest in growth

Budget for advertising and for the work, and a decision-maker who wants a plan rather than a monthly report.

The growth problem

Why Amazon brands hit a growth ceiling

More ad spendThe only lever most accounts have left
Higher ACoSBidding against yourself on the same terms
Margin pressureRevenue climbs, the P&L does not
Supplement expertise

Why supplements need a different playbook

Four things this category does that the others do not.

  1. Point 1. Repeat purchase

    S&S and LTV

A supplement is bought again in thirty days or it is not a business. Subscribe & Save and repeat rate matter more here than first-order ROAS.

  2. Point 2. Trust and reviews

    Reputation

Nobody puts a capsule in their body on a 3.9. Review health is a growth input in this category, not a vanity metric.

  3. Point 3. Claims and compliance

    Safer scale

Structure-function language, prohibited claims and category restrictions. Getting this wrong suppresses the listing, and it usually happens at the worst moment.

  4. Point 4. High CPC market

    Efficiency

Supplement keywords are expensive and crowded. Efficiency is the whole game, which is why organic rank matters so much more than it does elsewhere.

  • A creative unit is one five-image refresh or one Standard five-module A+ build, using assets you supply.
  • Testing, certifications and regulatory or legal opinions are separate.
  • Advertising spend is paid to Amazon directly from your own account and is never marked up.
  • Prices are in US dollars. UK clients get their GBP figure in the written scope.

Applies to every plan

Parent ASINs
Plans count parent products, and each parent includes up to five straightforward child variations. Larger or substantially different variation sets need a quote.
Monthly terms
A 90-day initial engagement, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.
No double billing
Keyword research, SEO or review setup already bundled into your plan is never charged again as standalone work.
Not included
Ad spend, Amazon fees, taxes, photography, video, translation and specialist third-party costs.
Agreed workload
Work follows an onboarding schedule agreed with you. Covering an ASIN means we look after it, not that every listing is rebuilt every month.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What size Amazon brand do you work with?

This engagement is built for brands doing roughly $10,000 to $100,000 a month on Amazon. Below that, a single service — usually listing optimisation or advertising — pays back faster than a full growth retainer, and we will tell you so.

How much should we spend on Amazon Ads?

It depends on your margin, not on a rule of thumb. We work backwards from the contribution margin you need to hold, set a target TACoS from that, and spend up to the point where the next pound stops paying. That number is agreed before anything is spent.

Do you specialise in supplements?

We work across categories, and supplements are one we have published work in — Mojo, a Toronto supplement brand, is one of the ten engagements on our case studies page. The category-specific parts are repeat purchase, review health and claims compliance.

How quickly can we expect improvements?

Advertising waste can usually be cut inside the first month because it is a structural fix. Organic rank moves on Amazon's timeline, not ours — typically a quarter before the change is unambiguous. Anyone promising ranked-in-30-days is guessing.

Do you handle PPC, SEO and creative, or do we need other vendors?

All of it, by one team. That is the point of the engagement: advertising data feeds the keyword work, the keyword work feeds the listing and creative work, and the creative work feeds the conversion rate that advertising depends on.

How do you measure profitability?

TACoS against contribution margin, not ROAS in isolation. ROAS can look excellent while the account loses money, which is how brands end up scaling themselves into trouble.

How does your review and reputation work stay compliant?

We use Amazon's own mechanisms — Vine, Request a Review, compliant inserts — and nothing else. We do not buy, exchange or incentivise reviews, and we do not promise that Amazon will remove anything. Amazon decides that.
