The client

Who VIBAe are

VIBAe is a Helsinki footwear brand with a team of one to ten, selling into several European Amazon marketplaces.

The work itself is our Amazon SEO service — marketplace by marketplace, priced exactly as it is on our pricing page. The free audit came first here, as it does on every engagement.

The objective

What VIBAe needed

Improve Amazon visibility and establish a structured review management system.

What we delivered against it: Listings optimised for keywords and product content, and a review management process established.

The approach

How the work was done

Across several marketplaces the order is per market, not per task — each one gets its own read before anything is written.

01

Audit and keyword foundation, per marketplace

Selling into several European marketplaces means several different search behaviours, so each market was read on its own rather than translated from the strongest one.

  • Each marketplace audited separately, including its own competitors
  • Search terms collected in-market, not translated word for word
  • Sizing and fit vocabulary checked per market, where conventions differ
02

SEO across the marketplaces

Footwear lives or dies on fit language. The rewrite used each market's own terms for width, sizing and material rather than a single source text pushed through translation.

  • Titles and bullets written per marketplace
  • Backend fields filled with local variants and misspellings
  • Indexation verified market by market
03

Conversion, not just position

Fit is one of the usual reasons footwear comes back, and they show up in reviews before they show up in returns data — so the listing was built to pre-empt them.

  • Sizing guidance placed where it is read before purchase, not after
  • Material and construction detail carried in the image stack
  • Recurring fit questions answered on the page itself
04

Reporting, and a process the team can run

A team of a few people cannot maintain a separate routine per market, so the review management side was handed over as one structured process.

  • Positions and traffic reported per marketplace
  • Review monitoring documented as a repeatable routine
  • Written handover so the brand could run it without us

What the client reportedStronger product visibility, more organic traffic, improved customer engagement and a structured review process.

Tara Lange Tara LangeContent & Communications Officer, VIBAe — Helsinki, Finland

On project management: Straightforward communication, regular updates, questions answered and changes made quickly.

What stood out: Treating visibility and customer experience as one strategy rather than two separate workstreams.

What could have been better: Nothing significant raised.

Several marketplaces, one small team

VIBAe sell footwear into more than one European Amazon marketplace, and that is the detail that shaped the engagement. Each marketplace has its own search behaviour, its own competitors and its own language, and a listing translated word for word from another market ranks for the phrases a translator would choose rather than the ones buyers type. Sizing conventions and the vocabulary around fit differ enough between markets to matter on their own.

With a team of a few people, the constraint is maintenance rather than ambition. Anything set up here had to be runnable by the brand afterwards, which is why the review management side was established as a structured process rather than left as a habit. The listing work and the review work reinforce each other in footwear: fit is one of the usual reasons for a return, they show up in reviews first, and the listing is where they get pre-empted.

FAQ

Questions about this engagement

Is this result verified?

Yes. The outcome, the dates and the ratings on this page all come from VIBAe's own review on our Clutch profile, which Clutch verifies with the reviewer directly. We have not added figures of our own to it.

Why are there no keyword or traffic graphs?

Because VIBAe's review reports visibility and traffic in words across several marketplaces, and we will not publish per-market figures they did not.

How long did it take, and what did it cost?

The engagement ran Jan – Aug 2026. Clutch publishes the project size as Confidential. Our own retainers are published in full, from $999 a month.

Would this work for my account?

If you sell into more than one European marketplace from translated listings, very likely. The audit reads each market separately and tells you where translation is costing you search.

Can I talk to someone about my own account?

Yes. Book 30 minutes with the person who would do the per-market work. No deck; prices are published.
