The 10 best Amazon PPC management agencies in 2026

The 10 best Amazon PPC management agencies in 2026 — MotionTrust Digital
The short answer

The best Amazon PPC management agencies in 2026 are MotionTrust Digital, best for brands that want flat published fees from $799 a month; Ad Badger for software plus managed PPC; SellerMetrics for ASIN-based published tiers; AMZ Pathfinder for a dedicated PPC and DSP specialist; and eStore Factory for the smallest ad budgets.

Amazon advertising keeps getting more expensive. Amazon's ad revenue reached $19.8bn in Q2 2026, up 26% year on year, and independent benchmarks show average Sponsored Products cost per click rising from $0.89 in 2023 to $1.21 in early 2026. When every click costs more, the agency running your campaigns matters more.

Yet most lists of the best Amazon PPC management agencies hide the one thing you need to compare: price. This guide shows published fees for every agency that publishes them, the fee model behind each, worked examples at three spend levels, and the contract and account-ownership terms most guides skip.

Full disclosure: MotionTrust Digital is our own agency, which is why it sits first. Every other agency here was assessed on the same criteria, using its own published information.

Prices and terms are as each agency publishes them, checked in October 2026. Ad spend is always paid to Amazon on top.

How we chose these agencies

We started with the agencies that recur across the top-ranking lists of the best Amazon PPC management agencies, then checked each against its own site and Clutch profile. Each was judged on:

  • PPC depth: Sponsored Products, Brands and Display as a core service, with DSP where relevant.
  • Price transparency: published fees, fee model, minimums and contract length.
  • Proof: named case studies with numbers, Clutch reviews and partner status as the agency lists it.
  • Account ownership: whether campaigns run in your ad account, not the agency's.
  • Fit for different budgets: so the list serves a $3k spender as well as a $100k one.

Amazon itself says partner status is worth treating as "a data point in your selection process", not the whole decision. We agree, so badges carry weight here but do not decide the order.

Best Amazon PPC management agencies compared by fee model, published price and minimum spend
Flat fee, percentage of spend or hybrid: how each agency charges.

The 10 agencies, reviewed

1. MotionTrust Digital — best for flat, published PPC fees

MotionTrust Digital is first because you can price it without a sales call. PPC management is published at $799, $1,199 and $1,799 a month. Ad spend goes straight to Amazon, there is no percentage-of-spend fee, and there are no long contracts. Your fee does not climb just because your budget does.

The second reason is what sits around the ads. Most PPC problems are partly listing problems: you pay for the click, then the page fails to convert. Amazon SEO and listing optimisation are done by the same team, so campaigns point at pages built to convert. Keyword research feeds both, and is also sold as a one-off project from $249 if you only want a clean keyword map for your own team.

The proof is public. In the CEMBLOC case study, keyword positions steadied, click-through became more consistent and wasted ad spend fell. MotionTrust Digital is rated 4.9 on Clutch and won Clutch's 2026 Top Amazon Marketing Agency award, among others.

You can also check your own account first. The free Amazon PPC audit tool shows where spend is leaking before you talk to anyone. Methods are compliant only, with no guaranteed ACoS. The team covers amazon.com first, plus amazon.co.uk and the EU marketplaces.

Where it is not the best fit: very large DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud programmes are better served by Channel Bakers or Incrementum Digital, and we will say so on a call.

Best for: sellers spending a few thousand to tens of thousands a month who want a fixed fee and listings that convert the traffic.

2. Ad Badger — best for PPC software with an optional managed service

Ad Badger started with bid-optimisation software and now offers a managed service run by its own team. It is based in Austin, Texas, and was founded in 2017 according to Clutch.

Its pricing is unusually open. Managed PPC costs $975 a month plus 8% of managed ad spend, with a $2,500 monthly minimum, aimed at sellers spending $5,000 to $200,000 a month. The software alone starts at $275 a month. Named case studies include Rocketbook, with a 73% sales lift at an 11% ACoS, and rmdy, with 68% lower ACoS in one month. Ad Badger lists itself as an Amazon Verified Partner, and Clutch shows 4.4 from 5 reviews.

Best for: sellers who want software now and the option of hands-on help later. Pricing: $975 + 8% of spend, $2,500 minimum.

Things to consider: the $2,500 minimum means very small accounts pay well above the formula. Those sellers may get better value from the software plan alone.

3. SellerMetrics — best for emerging brands wanting ASIN-based tiers

SellerMetrics was founded in 2021 by Rick Wong, a former Amazon seller who says he made a seven-figure exit in 2020. It runs Amazon PPC and DSP, audits, and listing and launch work.

Its tiers are published and tied to catalogue size. Lite is $900 a month for one to three parent ASINs. Growth is $1,500 for up to 20, and Enterprise is $1,900 for up to 40. A percentage of ad sales is also shown for each tier, and its pages differ on whether that replaces or adds to the fee, so confirm the total in writing.

Case studies include By Madee, whose sales grew from $2.6M to $4.2M a year, and Opopop, with 80% year-on-year growth. It lists itself as an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner.

Best for: brands with a small to mid-sized catalogue that want a clear tier. Pricing: from $900 to $1,900 a month, plus or instead of a share of ad sales.

Things to consider: there is a three-month initial commitment before month-to-month, and fees are "subject to final confirmation". We found no Clutch profile to cross-check reviews.

4. AMZ Pathfinder — best for a dedicated PPC and DSP specialist

AMZ Pathfinder focuses on advertising: Sponsored Ads, DSP, ad account audits and Google Ads for Amazon, with listing and storefront work alongside. Clutch lists it in Macungie, Pennsylvania, founded in 2015.

Its case studies are specific. Healing & Bliss turned $640,000 of ad spend into $3.06M of ad revenue at a 4.78 ROAS and 20.9% ACoS. Tree to Tub used DSP to win over 1,100 new-to-brand purchases in ten months. Clutch shows a 5.0 rating from 8 reviews, and the investor site Smash.vc ranks it first in its own PPC list.

Best for: brands that want a specialist team living in their ad data. Pricing: not published on its site — ask for a quote. Its Clutch profile lists package tiers, but not what each one includes.

Things to consider: because pricing is not on the site, ask early how the fee scales as ad revenue grows, and whether there is a minimum term.

5. eStore Factory — best for the smallest ad budgets

eStore Factory has the lowest published entry price in this list. It lists offices in the US, the UK and Australia, and describes itself as a three-time SPN award winner.

PPC packages are billed quarterly on a three-month contract. PPC Lite is $499 a month for spend up to $2,000. PPC Growth is $999 for spend up to $10,000, with an assigned manager. PPC Enterprise is $1,833 for $10,000+ of spend, with a dedicated manager. Case studies include Featherlee, with ACoS cut by 50% and sales up 261%, and Dreamfarm, with 44% sales growth on Amazon Australia. Beyond PPC it offers account management, listings, A+ Content and Walmart. Clutch shows 4.7 from 35 reviews.

Best for: new sellers with small budgets who still want structured campaigns. Pricing: $499 to $1,833 a month.

Things to consider: PPC Lite has no assigned manager and works through tickets. Every package needs a three-month contract, so check the exit terms.

6. Channel Bakers — best for large budgets wanting video and DSP

Channel Bakers is a retail media agency founded by Joshua Kreitzer and listed on Clutch in Anaheim, California. Amazon Ads and DSP sit alongside video production, Walmart, TikTok and audio advertising.

For PPC buyers, the draw is scale and creative under one roof. It lists itself as an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner and says it has managed $500MM in ad spend for more than 500 brands. Its Samsung case study credits Amazon advertising with a 54.7% year-on-year revenue rise, and its Pharmaton work on Amazon Spain shows it running campaigns outside the US. It also cites a 2024 Walmart Connect Excellence award with Razer. If you want a full-funnel Amazon advertising agency rather than a bid manager, it fits.

Best for: brands with large budgets where video creative and DSP drive growth. Pricing: not published — ask for a quote.

Things to consider: its Clutch profile has no reviews yet, so ask for references at your spend level. Check whether video production is inside the fee or billed separately.

7. Incrementum Digital — best for adding DSP, Walmart and TikTok Shop

Incrementum Digital, founded by Liran Hirschkorn and listed on Clutch in New York, runs Amazon advertising and DSP, Creator Connections and seller operations. It extends the same team to Walmart and TikTok Shop, with its own DataOwl reporting dashboard.

Its partner list covers all three channels: Amazon Ads Advanced Partner, Walmart Marketplace Partner and TikTok Shop Agency Partner, as the agency lists them. It also reports a Buy with Prime award from Amazon. On the results side, it presents Sacheu as a "406% growth playbook" and also names Shameless Pets and Scentify. Clutch shows 4.8 from 5 reviews. If you are specifically looking for an Amazon DSP agency that can also run Sponsored Products, it belongs on the shortlist.

Best for: brands outgrowing Sponsored Products alone and ready for DSP and other retail media. Pricing: not published — ask for a quote.

Things to consider: Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project size. Ask whether DSP needs its own minimum budget, and how reporting splits results between Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop.

8. Canopy Management — best for PPC plus DSP inside a full-service team

Canopy Management, based in Austin, Texas, offers PPC and DSP as part of a wider service list that includes listings, SEO, creative and inventory. It displays an Amazon Ads partner badge on its homepage.

It says it has worked on Amazon since 2015. Its PPC results are named. ZUGU saw a 161% sales increase and a 23% conversion lift. 4KOR Fitness saw a 137% sales increase with a 79% lower ACoS, and SNOW reached 62% new-to-brand sales with a 3x ROAS from DSP. Clutch shows 4.9 from 35 reviews, one of the deepest review records in this list.

Best for: brands that want advertising run inside a team that also handles listings and operations. Pricing: not published — ask for a quote.

Things to consider: a Canopy partner story for a pet supplement brand mentions a base fee topped up by a share of the extra ad-driven sales, on a three-month first term. If you are offered that model, ask how the baseline is set and what happens to the fee if sales dip.

9. Olifant Digital — best for senior-led PPC with a money-back guarantee

Olifant Digital runs PPC as part of a wider account service that also covers SEO, listings, A+ Content and launches, plus Walmart, Target Plus and Wayfair. Clutch lists it in Grand Island, New York, and the agency lists offices in Los Angeles, London, Berlin and Sofia as well.

The fee model is the main PPC point: its own agency roundup says services start from $2,000 a month and carry no percentage-of-spend fees, and its homepage offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. For ad results, it reports that HakaLife added $75,216 in monthly Amazon revenue while ACoS fell 11%, and that Balanced Tiger, a vegan protein bar brand, grew monthly Amazon revenue by 171%. It also claims 98% client retention. Clutch shows 5.0 from 20 reviews.

Best for: established brands that want a flat fee and a guarantee. Pricing: from $2,000 a month.

Things to consider: guarantee terms are not detailed on the homepage, so get them in writing before you sign. Ask which services the $2,000 starting fee covers.

10. SellerPlex — best for PPC plus operations on a performance fee

SellerPlex was founded in 2018 by Nate Ginsburg and is listed on Clutch in Minneapolis. It pairs PPC and DSP with operations: account health, inventory, content, bookkeeping and reimbursements. That mix is unusual for a PPC agency: one partner sees both your ad spend and your true profit after fees, which makes bid decisions easier to tie to margin.

Pricing is published on its homepage: from $2,500 a month plus 5% of sales above your baseline. It lists itself as an Amazon Ads Verified Partner and an SPN Verified Partner. Testimonials on its site name Sinless Snacks and Little Rad Things. Clutch shows 5.0 from 25 reviews and lists a $1,000+ minimum project size.

Best for: sellers who want advertising and back-office work handled together, with fees linked to growth. Pricing: $2,500 + 5% of sales above baseline.

Things to consider: the performance share means your total fee rises as sales grow. Agree how the baseline is calculated, and for how long, before signing.

Best Amazon PPC management agencies infographic: ten agencies with fee models, published prices and a vetting checklist
Ten PPC agencies at a glance, with a checklist for your vetting call.

How much does Amazon PPC management cost?

Amazon PPC agency pricing follows three common fee models. A flat monthly fee stays the same as spend changes. A percentage of ad spend, often quoted at 10% to 20% in competitor guides, grows with your budget. A hybrid adds a base fee to a percentage of spend or sales.

Here is what the published models cost at three monthly ad spend levels. The 10% and 15% rows are generic examples, not any one agency.

Fee model$3,000 spend$10,000 spend$30,000 spend
MotionTrust Digital (flat)$799–$1,799$799–$1,799$799–$1,799
eStore Factory (tiered by spend)$999$999$1,833
Ad Badger ($975 + 8%, $2,500 minimum)$2,500$2,500$3,375
Generic 10% of spend$300$1,000$3,000
Generic 15% of spend$450$1,500$4,500

Even among the best Amazon PPC management agencies, fee models vary this much. MotionTrust's tier depends on scope, not spend. In practice, most agencies charging a percentage also set a minimum, so the low-spend figures above are rarely what you pay. Use our Amazon profit calculator to see what a fee does to your margin.

Should you judge an agency on ACoS or TACoS?

Both. The ACoS vs TACoS debate matters because the two answer different questions.

  • ACoS = ad spend ÷ ad sales. It shows how efficient your ads are.
  • TACoS = ad spend ÷ total sales. It shows whether ads are growing the whole business, including organic sales.
  • Break-even ACoS = your profit margin before ad costs. A $30 product with $9 of margin before ads breaks even at a 30% ACoS.

A good agency targets ACoS against your break-even figure, not an industry average, and watches TACoS fall over time as organic rank improves. An agency that only reports ACoS can hit its target while your business stands still.

Which of the best Amazon PPC management agencies fits your budget?

  • Under $5k a month: fixed-fee help or a tightly scoped package. The best Amazon PPC agency for small sellers is usually one with a low flat fee, such as MotionTrust Digital or eStore Factory. Fix the listing before scaling spend. Our list of the best affordable Amazon marketing agencies has more low-cost options.
  • $5k to $30k a month: structured campaigns plus listing support. MotionTrust Digital, SellerMetrics, AMZ Pathfinder or Ad Badger.
  • $30k+ a month: DSP, AMC and multi-channel planning. Channel Bakers, Incrementum Digital, Canopy Management or Olifant Digital. If you want ads, listings and creative under one contract, see our wider guide to the best Amazon marketing agencies.

If you would rather run ads yourself with software, tools such as Teikametrics publish plans from $149 a month, billed annually. Our guide to agency vs freelancer covers the middle ground.

What should you ask an Amazon PPC agency before hiring?

  1. Will campaigns run in my ad account? The right answer is yes, through Amazon user permissions you can remove.
  2. Who manages my account day to day, and how many other accounts do they run?
  3. Will I see search-term reports and every change you make?
  4. What is my break-even ACoS, and what TACoS should we aim for?
  5. What is the notice period, and do I keep campaign structures and data if I leave?
  6. Is there a percentage fee, and is it capped?

Red flags

  • A guaranteed ACoS or a guaranteed ranking.
  • Ads run from the agency's own account, so you lose history when you leave.
  • No search-term reporting, only top-line ACoS.
  • A percentage-of-spend fee with no cap and a push to raise budgets.
  • Long lock-ins before you have seen a single month of work.

Partner status is also changing. Code3 reports that Amazon announced a new partner tier structure from Q3 2026, so treat older badges as one signal among several. Even the best Amazon PPC management agencies should welcome these questions. Our full checklist is in how to choose an Amazon agency.

Selling in the UK or EU? Ask whether the agency builds separate campaigns for amazon.co.uk and each EU marketplace, with local keywords. MotionTrust Digital, eStore Factory and Olifant Digital all list UK offices.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an Amazon PPC agency cost?

Published fees in this list run from $499 a month at eStore Factory and $799 at MotionTrust Digital to $2,500 a month plus a performance share at SellerPlex. Ad Badger charges $975 plus 8% of spend with a $2,500 minimum. Ad spend is always paid to Amazon on top.

Is it worth hiring an Amazon PPC expert?

Usually, once you spend a few thousand dollars a month. A good manager cuts wasted search terms, sets bids against your break-even ACoS and links ads to listing fixes. If your spend is under about $1,000 a month, learning the basics or using software is often the better trade.

Is a flat retainer or a percentage of ad spend better?

A flat retainer is easier to budget and does not reward higher spending. A percentage aligns fees with account size but can grow fast. If you accept a percentage, cap it, and make sure the minimum does not exceed what a flat fee would cost.

What is a good ACoS for Amazon PPC?

A good ACoS is one below your break-even point, which equals your profit margin before ad costs. A product with a 30% margin can run at up to 30% ACoS and still break even. Launch campaigns often run higher on purpose, so judge them on TACoS over time.

How long before an Amazon PPC agency shows results?

Wasted spend usually falls in the first few weeks, once search terms are cleaned up and negatives added. Bigger shifts in ranking and TACoS usually take two to three months. Be cautious of agencies promising dramatic results in the first month, and agree the baseline numbers before work starts.

What contract terms should you require from an Amazon PPC agency?

Ask for a short initial term or month-to-month, a 30-day notice period, campaigns in your own ad account, and written confirmation that you keep all data and campaign structures if you leave. Check whether any percentage fee is capped, and whether set-up or audit fees are charged on top.
