Best Amazon SEO agencies for small brands in 2026: 9 compared on price and proof
The best Amazon SEO agencies for small brands in 2026 are MotionTrust Digital (published SEO plans from $799 a month, compliant-only), eStore Factory (low published PPC entry price), WebFX (a published $1,350 starting price), Ecomclips (very small budgets) and Desverto (creative-led listing SEO). Choose on published price, deliverables and proof, not ranking promises.
Most lists of the best Amazon SEO agencies are written for brands with seven-figure catalogues. They rank enterprise firms that do not publish a price, then tell you to book a call. If you sell a handful of products and your turnover is closer to $20,000 a month than $2 million, that advice is not much use.
This guide is written for the smaller seller. We compared nine agencies on what a small brand actually needs to know: the lowest price you can start at, what the SEO work includes, the proof behind it, and the trade-offs. Every price and rating below comes from the agency's own site or its Clutch profile, checked in October 2026. Where a price is not published, we say so.
This list is published by MotionTrust Digital, an Amazon marketing agency. MotionTrust is our own agency: it is listed first as our own entry and is not scored or ranked against the others. The other eight were chosen because they recur across the top-ranking lists of the best Amazon SEO agencies and suit a small budget, then checked against their own websites and Clutch profiles. No agency paid to be included. The order after our entry is editorial, not a score. Facts were first checked on 20 October 2026 and rechecked on 29 October 2026.
The best Amazon SEO agencies for small brands at a glance
Prices are the lowest published figure for SEO or the nearest related service. Ad spend is always extra.

How we chose these agencies
To find the best Amazon SEO agencies for a small budget, we started with the names that recur across the top-ranking lists, then checked each one against what matters to a brand with a small catalogue and a tight budget.
- Amazon SEO is a named service. Keyword research, listing copy and backend search terms had to appear on the agency's own site, not just PPC.
- Price you can check. Whether the agency publishes a price or a stated minimum, and how low the entry point is.
- Proof. Named case studies on the agency's site, or a Clutch profile with reviews we could read.
- Compliance. Nothing on the pages we read promised guaranteed rankings or review schemes.
- Small-brand fit. One-off or per-ASIN options, short contracts and a named contact counted in an agency's favour.
- Freshness. Every fact was checked on 20 October 2026, with sources listed at the end.
We left out enterprise agencies that publish no price and whose minimums sit well above a small brand's budget.
Amazon SEO agencies compared on checkable facts
These are the same checks, set out as facts rather than opinions. There are no points or totals, and the rows follow the order of the reviews below.
| Agency | Lowest published price | Clutch rating (reviews) | Amazon Ads partner status shown | Named case study with a number | Minimum term or project | Amazon specialist |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MotionTrust Digital (our agency — not scored) | $249 one-off keyword research; SEO $799/mo | 4.9 (38) | None shown | Yes — BlueCo, +40% sales | 90-day initial term, then monthly | Yes |
| eStore Factory | $499/mo PPC; SEO not published | 4.7 (35) | No Ads status stated; “3 Times SPN Award Winner” | Yes — Featherlee, +261% sales | 3-month contract, billed quarterly | Yes |
| WebFX | $1,350/mo Amazon SEO | 4.9 (454) | Verified Partner (lists itself) | None found on its Amazon hub page | Not published | Partly (general digital agency) |
| Ecomclips | “From $100/month” | 4.9 (50) | Not stated on homepage | Yes — Nutroliq, +237% sales | Clutch minimum project $1,000+ | Partly (outsourcing across several marketplaces) |
| Desverto | Not published | 5.0 (21; 1 verified) | Verified Partner (lists itself) | Named clients; no headline figure quoted | Not published | Yes (Amazon creative studio) |
| My Amazon Guy | Not published | No reviews yet (Trustpilot 4.4 from 494) | “Amazon Ads Certified” badge; Ads and SPN partner logos | Yes — Chirp, +519% sales | Clutch minimum project $1,000+ | Yes |
| Olifant Digital | From $2,000/mo (its own blog) | 5.0 (22) | Partner badge on about page (level not stated) | Yes — HakaLife, +$75,216 monthly revenue | Not published (60-day money-back guarantee) | Yes |
| Canopy Management | Not published | 4.9 (35) | Partner badge on homepage (level not stated) | Yes — ZUGU, +161% sales | Clutch minimum project $1,000+; 3-month first term in one partner story | Yes |
| Seller Interactive | Not published | 4.2 (47) | Not stated in homepage text | Yes — HAIRBURST, “2x revenue in one month” | Clutch minimum project $5,000+ | Yes |
Each column can be checked in a few minutes. The lowest price comes from the agency's own site, and “Not published” means we found no fee there and did not estimate one. Clutch ratings and review counts come from each Clutch profile, and “Not verified” means we could not confirm a profile on the day we checked. Partner status is what the agency shows on its own site; you can look it up in the Amazon Ads partner directory, where Amazon lists two statuses, Verified and Advanced. A case study counts only when it names a brand and a number. Minimum term is the contract length the agency publishes, or its minimum project size on Clutch. “Amazon specialist: yes” means Amazon is the lead service; “partly” means Amazon is one channel inside a wider media, multi-retailer or general agency.

The nine agencies, reviewed
1. MotionTrust Digital (our agency) — best for buying SEO in small, priced steps
MotionTrust Digital is our own agency, with a registered office in London, working mainly on amazon.com, with amazon.co.uk and the EU marketplaces alongside. It is listed first as our own entry, not scored against the others. Its main difference is that it is set up the way small brands actually buy Amazon SEO: in small, clearly priced pieces rather than one large retainer.
Everything is published. Amazon SEO plans cost $799, $1,299 and $1,999 a month, with no long contracts. If you are not ready for a monthly plan, one-off keyword research costs $249, $599 or $999. Listing optimisation is priced per parent ASIN: $349 for copy, $899 for conversion plus and $1,499 for a complete listing. A brand with five hero products can fix the listings that matter first, then decide whether ongoing work is worth paying for.
The proof is named. BlueCo saw a 40% increase in sales with better organic rankings. Magic Under's target keywords now rank more consistently, VIBAe gained visibility and organic traffic, and Èidean got stronger rankings and better conversion. MotionTrust is rated 4.9 on Clutch, and Clutch named it a Top Amazon SEO Services Company for 2026.
The rules are simple: compliant methods only, no bought reviews and no ranking guarantees, because nobody can honestly promise where Amazon will place a product. If a one-off project would serve you better than a retainer, we say so.
Best for: private-label brands with a small catalogue that want to see the price before the call. A good first step is our free Amazon keyword mapper or listing checker, then the BlueCo case study to see how the work runs.

View our Amazon SEO plans2. eStore Factory — best for low-cost entry
eStore Factory was founded in 2014, according to Clutch, and lists offices in California, Chesterfield in the UK and Australia. It covers PPC, account management, listing optimisation, Amazon SEO and A+ design.
It is one of the few agencies that publishes a rate card. PPC packages start at $499 a month for PPC Lite, which covers ad spend up to $2,000 a month, then $999 and $1,833 a month. All are billed quarterly on a three-month contract. We did not find a published price for SEO-only work, so ask for a quote.
The homepage features Dreamfarm (44% sales growth on Amazon Australia) and Featherlee (ACoS cut 50%, sales up 261%), both the agency's own figures. It is rated 4.7 on Clutch from 35 reviews and describes itself as a “3 Times SPN Award Winner”.
Things to consider: PPC Lite has no assigned manager and uses ticket-based support, and every package needs a three-month commitment. Small brands that want a named person should look at the middle tier.
3. WebFX — best for a published SEO price inside a big agency
WebFX is a large US digital agency, founded in the mid-1990s and based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Amazon is one service line among many, covering SEO, PPC, store management, Brand Registry consulting and retail media.
Its Amazon SEO pricing page says plans start at $1,350 a month. The same page quotes general market ranges of $450 to $1,800 a month, and $99 to $2,000 per product, which is a useful sanity check for any quote you receive.
WebFX lists itself as an Amazon Ads Verified Partner on its Amazon services page. It is rated 4.9 on Clutch from 454 reviews, the largest review base on this list.
Best for: small brands that want process, reporting and a big team behind them, and can stretch to the starting price. Things to consider: it is a generalist agency, and we found no named Amazon case studies on its Amazon hub page. Ask for Amazon examples at your size before you sign.
4. Ecomclips — best for very small budgets
Ecomclips is an ecommerce support company that Clutch lists in Dubai, with offices on its site in Rochdale (UK), Washington state and Dhaka. Its work is hands-on: catalogue and listing management across Amazon, Walmart, eBay and others, sponsored ads, A+ content, photo editing and brand stores.
The Ecomclips homepage says services “start from just $100/month”, the lowest entry figure we found. Confirm exactly what that buys. Clutch rates it 4.9 from 50 reviews, with a $1,000+ minimum project and an hourly rate under $25.
Named client results on the homepage include Nutroliq (237% sales increase, 63% ACoS reduction) and UK-based We Can Source It (254% sales growth), all the agency's own figures.
Best for: sellers who need listings uploaded, fixed and kept tidy for very little money. Things to consider: a low hourly rate suits operational tasks well. If you want senior keyword strategy, ask who plans the work and who carries it out.
5. Desverto — best when the problem is creative
Desverto is an Amazon creative studio that Clutch places in Austin, Texas, founded in 2020. It focuses on what makes a listing convert: listing images, copywriting, A+ and Premium A+ content, Brand Story and storefront design. It also offers listing SEO, “Amazon Rufus optimisation”, PPC, packaging design and account reinstatement.
That matters for SEO because rank follows sales. A listing that reaches page one but converts poorly will slide back. Amazon says Basic A+ Content can lift sales by up to 8%, and well-made Premium A+ Content by up to 20%.
Desverto lists itself as an Amazon Ads Verified Partner and is rated 5.0 on Clutch from 21 reviews. Named case studies on its homepage include Spice Innovation, Max Dron and Organic Parakeet Food.
Pricing: not published — ask for a quote. Things to consider: it is creative-led, so check the depth of ongoing keyword strategy if you need it. Clutch notes that only one of its reviews is verified.
6. My Amazon Guy — best for large catalogues that need volume
My Amazon Guy was founded in 2018 by Steven Pope and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Its about page cites more than 460 employees. Amazon SEO is a core service, alongside PPC, design, catalogue troubleshooting, reinstatement, Vendor Central and DSP.
The homepage cites case studies including Chirp (519% sales growth) and Chinook Seedery (215% sales increase), and shows Trustpilot 4.4 from 494 reviews. It displays an “Amazon Ads Certified” badge. Its Clutch profile has no reviews yet and lists a $1,000+ minimum project at $100–$149 an hour.
Best for: brands with dozens or hundreds of SKUs, where catalogue and keyword work takes many hours. Pricing: monthly retainers are not published — the site uses a quote form. Things to consider: with only a handful of ASINs, check how much senior attention you will get. The site's figures for brand count and headcount vary between pages, so ask for current numbers.
7. Olifant Digital — best for senior-led SEO with a guarantee
Olifant Digital (2017, per Clutch) has a footprint on both sides of the Atlantic, with offices listed in New York, Los Angeles, London, Berlin and Sofia. SEO and listing optimisation sit inside a wider account service that also covers PPC, A+ and Brand Store work, photography, launches and brand protection.
Its own agency roundup states that its services “start from $2,000 per month”, priced per project, with no percentage-of-spend fees. The homepage offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on every partnership. We did not see the terms, so ask for them in writing.
It is rated 5.0 on Clutch from 22 reviews and shows an Amazon Ads partner badge on its about page. Case studies include HakaLife, a joint-health supplement brand, where Olifant reports +$75,216 in monthly Amazon revenue.
Best for: small-to-mid brands that want experienced people on SEO and PPC together. Things to consider: $2,000 a month is a real commitment for a brand selling $20,000 a month, and the price comes from Olifant's blog rather than a pricing page.
8. Canopy Management — best for growing into full service
Canopy Management is based in Austin, Texas and says it has been helping brands since 2015. It is a full-service team: PPC, DSP, listing optimisation, Amazon SEO, photography and video, customer service, revenue reclaim and inventory management, plus Walmart and Chewy.
Pricing is not published — ask for a quote. A partner story on its site, written about a US pet supplement brand, mentions a monthly base fee plus a small cut of the extra ad-driven sales, starting on a three-month term.
Homepage case studies include ZUGU (161% sales increase, 23% conversion increase) and 4KOR Fitness (137% sales increase, 79% ACoS reduction), both the agency's own results. Clutch rates it 4.9 from 35 reviews, and the homepage shows an Amazon Ads partner badge.
Best for: brands that expect to need SEO, ads and operations together within a year. Things to consider: a share-of-sales fee can cost more as you grow, so agree the baseline before you sign.
9. Seller Interactive — best for SEO inside full account management
Seller Interactive is based in Markham, Canada, with a second location in New York, and was founded in 2018 according to Clutch. Its service list is wide: account management, Amazon SEO, PPC, listing optimisation, brand protection, suspension appeals, reimbursements, DSP, Walmart and TikTok Shop.
Its case studies include HAIRBURST, where listing optimisation brought what it calls “2x revenue in one month”, and Quench Co, with a 20% increase in total ordered items from listing work plus PPC.
Pricing is not published; the site offers a free growth audit. Clutch rates it 4.2 from 47 reviews and lists a $5,000+ minimum project at $300+ an hour.
Best for: established brands that want one firm to run the whole account, with SEO built in. Things to consider: that minimum may be high for very small sellers, so it fits better once SEO is one part of a bigger brief.

What does an Amazon SEO agency actually do?
Amazon SEO means getting your products indexed and ranked for the searches shoppers type, then converting enough of that traffic to hold the rank. Here is the deliverables checklist we would hold any Amazon SEO agency to, ourselves included.
- Keyword research and mapping. Terms sorted by volume and relevance, then mapped to specific ASINs so two of your listings are not competing for the same phrase.
- Titles, bullets and descriptions. Written for shoppers first, with the main terms placed early. Since Amazon's July 2026 product title update, titles need to be tighter.
- Backend search terms. The hidden field for synonyms, spelling variants and other-language terms, without repeating words already in the title.
- Indexing checks. Proof that each listing is actually indexed for its target terms. Without this, nobody can tell whether a change worked.
- Images and A+ content. Rank follows sales, so conversion work is SEO work. If this is your main gap, our guide to the best Amazon listing optimization agencies compares per-ASIN prices.
- Search Query Performance reporting. Brand Analytics data showing impressions, clicks and purchases by search term, for brand-registered sellers.
- Content Rufus can use. Clear answers to what shoppers ask about size, materials, compatibility and use, written into bullets, A+ and the Q&A.
That last point matters more each quarter. Fortune reported Andy Jassy saying 250 million people used Rufus in 2025, and Amazon says Rufus users are 60% more likely to complete a purchase. An agency that only adds keywords is optimising for a search box that is changing under it.
If a proposal leaves most of these out, ask what you are paying for. Our guide to what an Amazon agency does goes further on scope.
How much does an Amazon SEO agency cost?
Of the nine agencies here, five publish some kind of price, but only MotionTrust Digital and WebFX publish one for Amazon SEO itself. Even among the best Amazon SEO agencies, a quote after a call is the norm. From what is published, Amazon SEO is sold in four ways.
| Model | Published examples | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| One-off keyword research | MotionTrust $249, $599 or $999 | Brands that want a plan and will write listings themselves |
| Per-ASIN listing optimisation | MotionTrust $349–$1,499 per parent ASIN; WebFX cites a market range of $99–$2,000 per product | Fixing a few hero products properly |
| Monthly SEO retainer | MotionTrust $799–$1,999; WebFX from $1,350; Olifant from $2,000 (wider service) | Ongoing tracking, testing and new launches |
| Low-cost task support | Ecomclips from $100 a month | Catalogue uploads and routine fixes |
Industry estimates sit higher. eCommerce Fastlane puts ongoing Amazon SEO at about $1,000 to $5,000 a month, and one-off projects at $500 to $2,000 per ASIN.
Ad spend is always extra, and photography, video and Premium A+ design are often billed separately. Get the exclusions in writing.
A simple test for a small brand: the monthly fee should be recoverable from the extra margin of a realistic rank gain on your top two or three products within six months. If the maths only works in the best case, start with a one-off project. Our published pricing shows every tier side by side, and our list of the best affordable Amazon marketing agencies covers other low-cost options.
Should a small brand hire an agency, a freelancer or do it yourself?
Not every small brand needs an Amazon SEO company. The sales thresholds below are our rule of thumb, not an industry standard.
| Option | Typical cost | Best when | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Do it yourself | Your time plus a keyword tool subscription | Fewer than five ASINs and under about $10k a month in sales | No one checking indexing or testing changes |
| Freelancer | Per project; varies widely | One clear job, such as rewriting three listings | One person, limited cover and breadth |
| One-off agency project | $249–$1,499 at MotionTrust; quotes elsewhere | A keyword plan or listing rebuild you then run yourself | Results fade without follow-through |
| Monthly retainer | $799–$2,000+ a month where published | Ten or more ASINs, regular launches, or sales where a rank gain pays the fee | Long contracts and vague deliverables |
For most small brands the sensible path is a one-off project on the best sellers, then a monthly plan only if it paid back. We cover the trade-offs in more depth in agency vs freelancer.
Red flags, and what to ask before you hire
Amazon SEO attracts more shortcuts than any other Amazon service, because rank is easy to promise and hard to check. These are the warning signs we see most.
- Guaranteed page-one rankings. Amazon decides placement. A guarantee is either defined so loosely it means nothing, or relies on tactics that risk your account.
- “Ranking services” built on giveaways or reviews. Manipulated sales and incentivised reviews break Amazon policy, and in the US the FTC rule on fake reviews adds civil penalties. Amazon suspends the seller, not the agency.
- No baseline and no indexing proof. If they cannot show where you started and that you are indexed now, you cannot judge the work.
- No search-term reporting. A monthly PDF of total sales says nothing about which keywords moved.
- A long lock-in for a small account. Three months is reasonable for SEO. Twelve months with auto-renewal is a different deal.
Five questions worth asking on the first call:
- Which of my ASINs would you work on first, and why?
- How will you prove each listing is indexed for its target terms?
- What will I see in the monthly report, by search term?
- Who writes the copy, and how many accounts do they look after?
- What would make you tell me I don't need you?
You can also check status claims yourself. Amazon's Ads Partner Network publishes two statuses, verified and advanced, and Amazon's Service Provider Network lists vetted providers. For a fuller checklist, read how to choose an Amazon agency.

Two shifts matter for small brands this year. First, paid placements keep growing. Amazon's advertising revenue reached $19.8bn in the second quarter of 2026, up 26% year on year, according to its Q2 2026 results. Organic space is more contested, so listings that rank need to convert.
Second, Rufus now answers questions shoppers used to answer by scrolling, and the July 2026 title update forced title rewrites. The fundamentals have not changed: relevance, conversion and sales still decide rank. The best Amazon SEO agencies treat both shifts as a reason to rebuild listings properly, not to add more keywords.

How much does an Amazon SEO agency cost?
Where prices are published, monthly Amazon SEO runs from $799 a month at MotionTrust Digital to $1,350 a month at WebFX and $2,000 a month at Olifant Digital. One-off work is cheaper: keyword research from $249, and listing optimisation from $349 per parent ASIN. Most agencies quote only after a call, so ask for a range first.
How long does Amazon SEO take to work?
Indexing changes can show within days of a listing update. Rank gains usually take several weeks, because Amazon needs sales on the new terms. Judge an agency at around 90 days on the agreed keywords, against a baseline set at the start.
Can an agency guarantee page one rankings on Amazon?
No. Amazon decides placement, and it changes with competition, price, stock and sales. An agency that guarantees page one is either defining the promise loosely, for an obscure term, or relying on tactics such as manipulated sales or reviews that put your account at risk.
What is the difference between Amazon SEO and Amazon PPC?
Amazon SEO improves organic rank through keywords, listing copy, backend terms and conversion. PPC buys sponsored placements by the click. They work together: ads generate sales on new keywords, and those sales help organic rank. Many small brands start with SEO so that ad spend lands on listings that convert.
Are Amazon SEO services worth it for small sellers?
Often, if you start small. A one-off keyword plan or a rewrite of your two or three best-selling listings can pay back quickly. A monthly retainer makes sense once you have enough products or sales that a rank gain covers the fee. Below that, a project or doing it yourself is usually better value.
How do I know if an Amazon SEO agency is legitimate?
The best Amazon SEO agencies show a published price or minimum, named case studies, a review profile such as Clutch, and a company address. Verify partner claims in Amazon's own directories, avoid guaranteed rankings or review offers, and ask to speak to a current client at your size.
Does Amazon's Rufus AI change Amazon SEO?
It adds to it rather than replacing it. Rufus draws on listing content, reviews and Q&A to answer shoppers' questions, so plain, factual bullets and A+ content help. Keyword relevance and sales still drive rank. In practice, write each bullet so it answers one real question about size, use or compatibility.
Are “best Amazon SEO agencies” lists biased?
Many are, because most are written by agencies, this one included. A fair list says who published it, applies the same checks to every agency and links each fact to its source, so you can verify prices, Clutch reviews and partner badges yourself. If a list hides why its own agency comes first or quotes no prices, treat it as a sales page and use it only to build a shortlist.
