Best Amazon marketing agencies UK: 9 compared on price, proof and fit

Best Amazon marketing agencies in the UK, 2026 — MotionTrust Digital
The short answer

The best Amazon marketing agencies UK sellers can shortlist in 2026 are MotionTrust Digital (London, published prices from $999 a month), Sitruna (a large in-house team), Optimizon (established brands and vendors), Lezzat (Amazon-only full service), WAKE Commerce (Vendor Central) and Ecommerce Intelligence (senior, hours-based help from £1,700 + VAT).

Searching for the best Amazon marketing agencies UK brands can trust turns up a lot of lists written by the agencies themselves, many of them based outside the UK. Most quote no prices, mix pounds and dollars, and skip the things that make selling on amazon.co.uk different: VAT, UK fees, Vendor Central and the jump to the EU.

This guide takes a different route. We checked nine agencies that serve UK sellers on 20 October 2026, using each one's own website, Clutch profile and, where relevant, Companies House. Prices are shown in pounds where the agency publishes pounds, and in dollars where it publishes dollars. Where nothing is published, we say so.

Editorial note

This list is published by MotionTrust Digital. MotionTrust is our own agency: it is listed first as our own entry and is not scored against the others. The other eight were chosen because they recur on independent UK agency lists and have a UK office, a UK company registration or a clearly stated UK service; we checked each registration at Companies House where one exists. No agency paid to be included. Facts were last checked on 29 October 2026.

How we chose these agencies

To choose the best Amazon marketing agencies UK sellers can realistically hire, we started with the names that recur across independent UK lists, removed firms with no UK presence, then checked each one on the same six points.

  • UK presence. A UK office or registered address we could check, or, in one case, a clearly stated UK service with a UK phone number.
  • Amazon depth. Amazon had to be a core service, not one line on a general digital menu.
  • Price transparency. A published price or minimum scored higher than “contact us”.
  • Proof. Named case studies on the agency's site, Clutch reviews we could read, and partner claims stated on its own pages.
  • Fit. Who each agency suits, by size and by Seller or Vendor Central.
  • Compliance. No guaranteed rankings or review schemes on the pages we read.

We dropped one multi-channel agency that appears in some London lists because we could not find enough Amazon-specific evidence on its site. Partner badges below are described as each agency lists them, because Amazon's public directories do not let you search every agency by name.

How to check a UK Amazon agency: the facts behind this list

Every UK company has a free public record at Companies House showing its company number, status and registered office. The table gives what we found for each agency on 29 October 2026, so you can check it yourself. A registered office is a legal address and can differ from where a team works: Lezzat’s is in east London, while the agency describes itself as based in Reading. Published price shows the currency and whether VAT is added. Clutch rating is the score and review count on the agency’s Clutch profile, and the last column is what each agency says about marketplaces beyond the UK. These are facts, not scores.

The nine agencies, reviewed

1. MotionTrust Digital (our agency) — published prices for UK brands

MotionTrust Digital Ltd has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street in Covent Garden, London, and is registered at Companies House under number 14356147. It was founded in September 2022 and works with brands on amazon.co.uk, amazon.com and the EU marketplaces. For a UK brand that wants to grow at home and then sell in the US, having one team on all three is the practical advantage.

It is listed first as our own agency, not as a scored winner. The practical difference for a UK buyer is that it publishes its prices, which most UK agencies on this list do not. Full-service retainers are $999, $1,999 and $3,499 a month, with no long contracts. Specialist work is priced too: PPC management from $799 a month, Amazon SEO from $799 a month, and listing optimisation from $349 per parent ASIN. You can compare it with any other quote before you speak to anyone.

The proof is public. MotionTrust is rated 4.9 on Clutch, 4.7 on DesignRush, 4.9 on The Manifest and 4.2 on Trustpilot. Clutch named it a Top Amazon Marketing Agency and a Top Ecommerce Marketing Agency for 2026. Case studies include Èidean, which gained stronger rankings, more organic traffic and better conversion, and Kendra Scott, which improved its feedback management.

The approach is compliant only: no bought reviews, no ranking guarantees, and a plain answer when another agency would suit you better. If you are a Vendor Central brand that needs chargeback recovery at scale, WAKE or Optimizon below may be a closer fit, and we would say so.

Best for: UK sellers and brands from early growth to established, especially those planning to sell in the US or EU. Our guide to what an Amazon agency costs in the UK sets out how our prices compare.

2. Sitruna — best for a large in-house team

Sitruna is based at Leroy House on Essex Road in Islington, London. Clutch gives 2018 as its founding year. It is one of the larger Amazon specialists in the UK, and its site says it has more than 70 Amazon experts and over 200 clients, its own figures.

The service range goes well beyond advertising: PPC, SEO copywriting, A+ Content, infographics, storefronts and video, day-to-day operations, its own analytics app and a 3PL arm, Sitruna Logistics. Named case studies on its homepage include Ecoegg (a 16% conversion rate and "30% sales", in its own words) and Black & Decker (1,000 ASINs per optimisation cycle).

Sitruna lists itself as an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner and an Amazon Marketplace EU Agency Platinum Partner, and shows the SPN logo. It is rated 4.6 on Clutch from 13 reviews, with a $1,000+ minimum project.

Pricing: not published — the site offers a free advertising audit. Things to consider: the breadth of software and logistics may be more than a small seller needs, so be clear about the scope you want quoted.

3. Optimizon — best for established brands and vendors

Optimizon was founded in 2016 as an Amazon-first agency, and Clutch lists offices in London and Swindon. According to its own history page, it joined the global Smollan Group in 2025, and in 2024 it became the first UK agency to reach Amazon EU Platinum Partner status. It also describes itself as an Amazon Advanced Advertising Partner.

Its strength is breadth across UK retail. Beyond Amazon Seller and Vendor management, DSP and chargeback recovery, it covers eBay, B&Q, Tesco Marketplace, Ocado, Wayfair and others. Named case studies include Tomatin (+288% year-on-year revenue at 3.4% TACoS) and Sekonda (4x growth), both reported by Optimizon.

Pricing: not published — ask for a quote. Its Clutch profile has no reviews yet and lists a $5,000+ minimum project.

Best for: established FMCG and consumer brands, including vendors, that sell across several UK retailers. Things to consider: as part of a large group with a higher minimum, it suits bigger accounts more than small sellers.

4. Lezzat — best for Amazon-focused full service

Lezzat is an Amazon-focused agency based in Reading, with a second office in Athens, and has been operating since 2018. It manages both Seller and Vendor accounts and covers PPC, DSP, listing optimisation, photography, reinstatement, refund recovery and expansion between the UK, EU and US.

Named case studies on its site include Kodak (Amazon UK revenue doubled for six consecutive months) and Return Healthy (4x Amazon US sales in six months at a TACoS of 20% or less), both its own figures. Clutch rates it 5.0 from 13 reviews, lists 10–49 staff and a $5,000+ minimum project.

Lezzat lists itself as an Amazon Ads Verified Partner and shows the SPN badge. Its Kodak work is one of the few named UK case studies among the agencies here.

Pricing: not published — quoted after a consultation. Best for: brands with an established catalogue that want a team built mainly around Amazon. Things to consider: the minimum project size makes it a better fit once you have steady sales.

5. WAKE Commerce — best for Vendor Central brands

WAKE Commerce is a London agency, registered at Companies House as WAKE COMMERCE LTD in January 2019. Its focus is Vendor Central, the first-party model where Amazon buys your stock, which needs different skills from Seller Central.

Its website publishes a starting price, which is rare in the UK: channel management typically from £3,000 + VAT a month, including PPC management, with no commission on ad spend and a typical three-month minimum. Creative is priced separately. Services include Vendor+ channel management, ProfitGuard for shortage claims and chargebacks, ContentStudio for listings and A+, and ads including DSP and Prime Video Ads.

It reports anonymised vendor results such as +93% shipped COGS year on year, and lists itself as SPN certified and an Amazon Ads Verified Partner. We did not find a Clutch profile.

Best for: brands selling to Amazon as a vendor, where shortages, chargebacks and co-op deductions can quietly eat margin. Things to consider: the £3,000+ starting fee suits established vendors more than small third-party sellers.

6. Ecommerce Intelligence — best for senior, hours-based help

Ecommerce Intelligence, also known as Chris Turton Ecommerce, is based in Shrewsbury with a second office in Birmingham. It covers PPC, SEO, launches, Seller and Vendor Central management, FBA support and US-to-UK expansion, plus TikTok Shop, eBay and B&Q.

It publishes its model clearly: a typical monthly fee of £1,700 + VAT for 20 hours of agreed work. Its headline case study is Filter by Molly-Mae, where it reports UK Amazon revenue up 121% in 12 months. Clutch rates it 5.0 from 17 reviews, with a $5,000+ minimum project and $50–$99 an hour.

It describes itself as an Amazon EU Gold Partner. For a UK brand that wants to understand where its money goes, an hours-based model is unusually easy to audit.

Best for: brands that want experienced people on specific problems and like to see what the hours are spent on. Things to consider: scope is capped by hours, so agree priorities at the start of each month.

7. Reflex Consultancy — best for an audit-first approach

Reflex Consultancy is registered at Bell Yard in Holborn, London, and was incorporated in May 2022. It offers a full managed service across ads, listings, SEO, creative and operations, plus one-to-one coaching for in-house teams. Its site says it covers 23 marketplaces.

Its entry point is a fixed-fee Scale Audit that ends in a 90-day plan, and it offers a free 30-minute discovery call. The audit price is not published. Named clients on its homepage include Nespresso, Coty, Dulux, Panasonic and Unilever.

Reflex lists itself as an Amazon Ads Verified Partner and an SPN member, and its site lists a UK Business Excellence Award 2026. We did not find a Clutch profile, so ask for references from current clients.

Best for: consumer brands that want a clear diagnosis before committing to a retainer. Things to consider: results on its site are shown in aggregate rather than tied to named clients, so ask for a relevant example.

8. Amazowl — best for food, drink and alcohol brands

Amazowl serves the UK with a UK phone number, though Clutch lists its headquarters in Dublin, with offices in Spain and the US. It was founded in 2014. It positions itself as an Amazon and retention agency for food, beverage and alcohol brands.

Services include multilingual PPC, Amazon SEO, A+ content and storefronts, translation and localisation, listing monitoring, Klaviyo retention marketing and European expansion. Client logos on its homepage include Carlsberg, Stoli Vodka and Ahmad Tea, though no results are published alongside them.

Pricing: not published — it offers a complimentary proposal. Its Clutch profile has no reviews yet. It also runs free Amazon training courses, which is a low-risk way to judge how it thinks.

Best for: drinks and grocery brands that want category experience and plan to sell across Europe. Things to consider: it is not UK-headquartered, so check who will run your account and in which time zone.

9. eStore Factory — best for low-cost PPC with a UK office

eStore Factory is headquartered in New Jersey, according to Clutch, with a UK office in Chesterfield and others in California and Australia. It was founded in 2014 and covers PPC, account management, listing optimisation, SEO and A+ design.

For UK buyers, the useful detail is the rate card. Its PPC packages are priced in US dollars, from $499 a month (PPC Lite, for up to $2,000 of monthly ad spend) through $999 to $1,833 a month, each billed quarterly with a three-month minimum. Clutch shows 4.7 from 35 reviews, and the agency calls itself a three-time SPN award winner.

Results on its homepage include Featherlee, with a reported 50% fall in ACoS and 261% more sales, and Dreamfarm on Amazon Australia. We did not find a UK-specific case study, so ask for one.

Best for: smaller sellers who want PPC run cheaply with a UK contact point. Things to consider: the entry tier comes without an assigned manager (support is by ticket), and because prices are in dollars, your monthly cost in pounds will move with the exchange rate.

How much does an Amazon agency cost in the UK?

Most lists of the best Amazon marketing agencies UK sellers will find quote a range of £1,500 to £5,000 a month without a source. Here is what the agencies on this list actually publish.

AgencyPublished priceWhat it coversVAT
MotionTrust Digital$999, $1,999 or $3,499 a monthFull-service retainer, no long contractPublished in US dollars
WAKE CommerceFrom £3,000 a monthVendor channel management including PPC+ VAT
Ecommerce Intelligence£1,700 a month20 hours of agreed work+ VAT
eStore Factory$499, $999 or $1,833 a monthPPC only, 3-month contractPublished in US dollars
Sitruna, Optimizon, Lezzat, Reflex, AmazowlNot publishedQuote after a call or auditAsk

Three things change the real cost. First, ad spend is paid to Amazon on top of every fee here. Second, ask whether the price includes VAT; a business that is not VAT registered pays the 20% on top. Third, check the pricing model. A flat fee is easy to budget, while a percentage of sales or ad spend grows with you and needs a cap.

Do you need a UK-based Amazon agency?

You don't need one to sell on amazon.co.uk, but it helps in four ways. A UK team works your hours, writes in British English for British search terms, understands VAT and UK fees, and is usually closer to the EU marketplaces you may expand into. If most of your sales are on amazon.com, our global list of the best Amazon marketing agencies covers the larger US firms.

The UK opportunity is real. Around 100,000 UK small and medium-sized businesses sell on Amazon and recorded over £3.8 billion in export sales in 2024, according to Amazon UK. Internet sales were 27.3% of all Great Britain retail sales in August 2026, per the Office for National Statistics.

A good UK agency should know these selling costs without looking them up:

CostCurrent position (October 2026)
Professional selling plan£25 a month, excluding VAT
Referral feesMostly between 8% and 15% of the sale price
Low-price FBAExtended to items at or below £20 from 5 January 2026
Fuel and logistics surcharge1.5% on fulfilment fees from 17 April 2026

VAT trips up overseas brands most. Since January 2021, if an overseas seller's goods are outside the UK at the point of sale and the consignment is £135 or less, the marketplace accounts for the VAT. Otherwise normal rules apply, and HMRC guidance is clear that overseas businesses have no registration threshold. Take tax advice; a good agency will tell you to.

Hybrid brands, selling some lines as a vendor and others as a seller, should ask an agency to show work on both sides.

What should you ask an Amazon agency before signing?

  1. Who will run my account day to day, and how many other accounts do they handle?
  2. Is your price ex-VAT, and what is not included?
  3. What is the minimum term and the notice period?
  4. Will you use my Seller Central user permissions, or ask for my login? (Always the former.)
  5. Who owns the listings, images and ad account history if we part ways?
  6. Can you show a UK result in my category, with a start date and baseline?

Red flags worth walking away from: guaranteed rankings or sales, any offer involving reviews, a twelve-month auto-renewing contract, a percentage-of-sales fee with no cap or baseline, and requests to share a main login. Sellers on Amazon's own UK forum raise account linking as a real worry, and user permissions exist to avoid it. If your account is already suspended, our guide to the best Amazon account reinstatement services covers specialist help, including UK firms.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an Amazon agency cost in the UK?

Published UK prices on this list run from £1,700 + VAT a month for 20 hours at Ecommerce Intelligence to £3,000 + VAT a month for WAKE's Vendor management. MotionTrust Digital publishes full service at $999 to $3,499 a month. Most UK agencies quote only after a call. Ad spend is always extra.

Do I need a UK-based Amazon agency to sell on amazon.co.uk?

No, but it helps. A UK agency works your hours, writes for British search terms, and understands VAT, UK fees and EU expansion. If you choose an overseas agency, check who runs the account, in which time zone, and whether they have UK results in your category.

Is it worth using an agency to manage my Amazon seller account?

It is worth it when the fee is smaller than the value of the judgement you buy. Sellers on Amazon's UK forum suggest it starts to make sense somewhere around £150,000 to £200,000 profit a year. Below that, a one-off audit, a freelancer or a specific project is often better value.

How long does it take an Amazon agency to get results?

Expect the first month to go on an audit, clean-up and baseline. Advertising efficiency often improves within 60 days, while organic rank and listing changes usually take around 90 days to judge. Agree 30, 60 and 90-day checkpoints in writing before work starts.

What is the difference between ACoS and TACoS?

ACoS is ad spend divided by sales from those ads. TACoS is ad spend divided by total sales, including organic. ACoS tells you whether campaigns are efficient. TACoS tells you whether advertising is building the whole business. A falling TACoS while sales grow is usually the healthier sign.

Can a UK Amazon agency also manage the EU and US marketplaces?

Many can. MotionTrust Digital, Lezzat, Ecommerce Intelligence and Amazowl all describe work across the UK and other marketplaces. Ask how they handle translation, local VAT and product compliance in each country, whether the same person manages every marketplace, and whether each one gets its own keyword research.

How do I check if a UK Amazon agency is legitimate?

Search the agency’s name or company number on Companies House, which is free. Check that the status is Active, that the company name matches the one in the website footer or on your invoice, and note the incorporation date and registered office. Then read its Clutch reviews and ask for a UK result in your category with a start date and baseline. A registration shows the company exists; it does not prove Amazon results.
